Monteftur is my go-to place in Montefrio. I keep coming back because it has all I need: Wi-Fi, Dryer, Cookware, AC, Flat-screen TV. The staff even helped me with tickets once. Can't wait to return for my next holiday.

It's excellent apartment with views across the town. During the stay everything was great and I got wake up service as a compliment.

I recently stayed at a gem of a hotel in the heart of a beautiful village in Spain. The apartments at Monteftur were clean, modern, and well-equipped. The friendly staff made me feel right at home and were always ready to help. The location was perfect, with restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The locals were welcoming and the village had a charming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Particularly good location with exceptional views of the mountain, excellent apartment. Easy walking distance to Casa de los Oficios. The staff was efficient in any situation. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and reasonably large...

I loved this place, it was excellent. I had a warm welcome from the owner. Its location was prime and incredible, next to main tourist attractions like Castillo de Montefrio Castle. And I was really close to the church in the centre of town, Spain and the center town square.
Rooms were very small.

The village is so chill and the views are insane. We went hiking in the mountains and explored the old castle ruins. The apartment was super spacious and comfy, and the owners were really cool. Plus, they had this awesome shop downstairs where we bought some epic local goodies like cheeses and olive oil. Highly recommend!
The only thing we wished for was more of a party scene for us young folks. Montefrio is more on the quiet side, so if you're looking for wild nightlife, it might not be the best fit.

Was great place to stay in Montefrio. The host helped us to enjoy the trip. Rooms here were spotless and absolutely perfect, had a wonderful view. There was a bathtub. The apartment had prime location in the center town square of the old part of town within easy walking distance to the castle. Also, it was so close to Seville and Granada, Spain for the past 5 years and restaurants and bars.
Rooms were rather small.

Absolutely amazing renovated town house with top quality amenities. Immaculate rooms, huge beds, and top-notch bathroom. Helpful and kind staff at the souvenir shop. Unbelievable value for money. Great location in the center of the quaint mountain town with stunning views. Well-stocked kitchenette and a shop selling local specialties downstairs.
Felt like being home, no complaints at all.

Perfect location in the heart of town, within walking distance to the castle and other attractions. the apartment was well-prepared for a short stay, with comfortable rooms and balconies to enjoy the sun. - the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. - the apartment was surprisingly quiet, despite the morning traffic outside.
The village itself is very quiet, so it may not be the best choice for those looking for a bustling nightlife. There could have been a few more kitchen items for those who prefer larger cups or those who enjoy a good cup of tea.

The apartment had the most amazing terrace with stunning city and mountain views. It felt like having my own little private oasis high above the hustle and bustle of the streets below. The fresh air and tranquility were truly rejuvenating.
Stairs were a bit tiring.

I had a short trip to Montefrio and stayed at this centrally located apartment in the town square. The rooms were comfortable and well-prepared for my stay. I particularly enjoyed the balconies, where I could sit outside and soak up the winter sun. The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I also loved the convenience of the on-site shop, where I could purchase local products like olive oil. The apartment was surprisingly quiet, considering its central location. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, comfort, and great location.
While the apartment was fantastic, I did encounter some issues with the internet connectivity, which may be a concern for those who work while traveling. However, for my needs , it wasn't a major inconvenience.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
